The INTRO GLOW is completely customized based on your skin needs and includes: Deep cleansing, customized exfoliation with the latest technology, extractions (if needed), skin specific treatment mask, LED light therapy with a hydrating hand massage and is complete with skin finishing 'barrier support' products. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so directly on the website with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Upon booking a deposit will be collected to secure your booking time/ date and this amount goes towards the total price of the treatment you've booked. The remaining balance due will be collected and/ or charged on the day of your service at the conclusion of your appointment. All late cancellations (less than 24 hour notice) and "No Shows" will forfeit the deposit that was collected. Our time is valuable as well as yours and when you don't show up that has prevented another client from getting a treatment. With proper notice you may reschedule your appointment and your deposit will transfer over to the new booking date and time. Please, arrive to your scheduled appointment no more than 5-10 minutes before to fill out intake forms needed for your treatment. To allow for a relaxing experience we ask for No cell phone use in treatment room. No children allowed in the studio during treatments. Please, ensure you understand our policies before completing your booking and we look forward to working with you on your 'Skin Health' goals.
